Months 1 - 3: Learning is focused on basic retail skills. These three months are foundational to ensure you succeed at CVS.

CHOOSE YOUR PATH

Months 4 - 9: Learning is focused on one of three pathways:

  • IT Support - an entry point to a career in technology, IT Support will give you the skills to move into a role troubleshooting IT issues in stores. You’ll be qualified to join the CVS Tech team and advance your career by gaining additional certifications.

  • Healthcare - you’ll get the skills you need for a role in healthcare, taking blood pressure and other vitals, with the certification that allows you to after our 12-month program. 

  • Store Leadership - gain the skills you need to move up to shift supervisor, assistant manager, and manager of your CVS store. This program gives you multiple retail-focused certifications to propel your career.

ADVANCE YOUR CAREER

Months 10 - 12: Learning is focused on earning the certification you need to apply for your new role at CVS.
